01. Agreement
By accessing netarovx.com, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Netarovx, based in Bangkok, Thailand. These terms govern your use of our digital interface and technical documentation. If you do not accept these conditions in their entirety, you must cease use of the portal immediately.
We provide high-level technical insights into predictive analytics. Our resources are designed for professional enterprise evaluation and do not constitute financial advice. We strictly prohibit the use of our modeling frameworks for unauthorized automated data harvesting or reverse engineering.
Proprietary Frameworks
All content, including but not limited to predictive algorithms, data modeling descriptions, structural schemas, and visual assets, is the exclusive property of Netarovx. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with the content for internal organizational assessment only.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Netarovx methodology without express written consent.
- Unauthorized modification or scraping of our predictive datasets is a direct violation of international copyright law.
User Conduct
Interaction with our data modeling portal must remain within the bounds of professional inquiry. Use of the site for any activity that stresses the network infrastructure or attempts to bypass security layers for proprietary analytics will result in immediate IP blacklisting.
Risk Disclosure
While our predictive analytics solutions utilize high-fidelity data sets, Netarovx does not guarantee absolute accuracy in forecasting. Enterprise decisions based on our models are at the sole discretion and risk of the client organization.

Modifications
Netarovx reserves the right to adjust these terms at any time to reflect updates in international technical regulations or changes in our methodology frameworks. Continued use signifies acceptance of current terms.
Termination
Access to specific modeling modules or technical whitepapers may be revoked at any time if a breach of professional conduct is detected or if security protocols are compromised by the user's connection.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of netarovx.com content will be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NETAROVX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
OUR SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
